Your Bio

As I enter into mid-life an old passion of mine was reignited - photography.

I have happily discovered that, since I first took it up in 1984, photography has come a long way in making it easier to learn but all of the fundamentals haven't changed since I had used my first camera - the Olympus OM-10.

I hope you enjoy my pictures for what they are - moments of time caught forever in a picture

I am currently writing about my journey through the Lighting 102 course from strobist.com. This is the best online course for learning about off camera flash (and it's for free!)

I have finished writing about my learning experience with the "Last Photographer Standing" competition. I hope I have been able to impart what I learned about both photography as well as myself.

Road Raiders : I was an extra as a warrior in a movie called Road Raiders. Road Raiders is a post-apocalypse action film in the style of Mad Max, and will star Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill). The film is a US-Philippines co-production, shot entirely in English. The movie will be directed by one of the Philippines' most internationally successful directors, Cirio H. Santiago (TNT Jackson, Stryker, Last Stand at Lang Mei) and is being made with legendary Hollywood producer Roger Corman.
